Note to self:
Just don’t host anything NationStates world cup related. okay?
Especially since the qualification and given rank increase means that I have a higher chance of a regular qualification anyways.

And can I have something of it: First of all: my parents. It must be very strong stuff because they behave like children. Children cannot accept that their parents are not there… and my parents are alike but with me.
Apart from that: What was I smoking to exhaust myself like that yesterday? It sucks to feel sore and crappy like I do atm, just becase I walked for >2 hours.
And what are people smoking who just cannot be bothered to react to my application in any way at all? Not even a hearty laugh and a “You are the worst applicant ever!”
I hate color gradients, but in these times, they seem to be unavoidable. I mean, they were cool in KDE 1 and 2, but by now, they are absolutely overused. I seemed to my that my adblock list consists mostly of pointless color gradients which just piss me off! It’s really retarded! Color gradients were a good idea when everyone used CRTs but on the new flatscreens, they are no longer because these things mangle the colors anyways. Am I the only one who is pissed off royally by them? And why is it so freaking hard to find a theme which avoids them? And while we’re at it, why is GNOME so horribly hard to configure?
I have to admit that I hate it when they return from their vacation as they tend to see their task to be as grumpy as humanly possible to drive the holiday mood away quickly. It’s ridiculously annoying…
This is one of the things which bug me: normally, when I press F1, it is by accident when trying to access the ^ or the escape key. The program then will normally spend minutes loading the help file. OpenLibreOffice, I am looking at you! This is why I am quite happy that Tilda is not only a shell, which lurks on the upper end of the screen and can ‘unroll’ if needed, but that it uses the Escape button to activate or deactivate itself. This not only gives me a neat shell to use whenever required (which IS a pretty neat feature in itself) but also deactivates one of the nuisances of modern GUIs. There should be more things out there which are that awesome!
I completely forgot that this blog existed. I did establish a blog about conlanging elsewhere, but probably will use this one for more… private and less conlanging related matters.
Among the first: of the things I really hate in NationStates increasing the ages of players is one of the most philosophical ones. It makes me realize that we all ICly or OOcly are mortal.
But without a rosters, others cannot RP well so I have to do it.
And the nation Windows Vista Business made a nice NSball: http://i1001.photobucket.com/albums/af134/RedHeadphone/MacvsPCNSballs.png
Va’iln veka!
Currently, I get nothing done
Everytime, I try something, soething else goes wrong, kinda captioning my attention. I feel slani atm, I really do. I’d favorably just lie in bed and sleep!
Well, can I say: much? Of course, but this is not really saying anything so let me summarize: I got out of Langenfeld, I got into my new home, I got into lots of trouble with Ayşe, who fails to come to agreed-on times and then let me wait here. I got in contact with some nice persons in the students home and got used to saying goodbye to the dream of 54-74-90-2006. If you want more info on this stuff, feel free to ask/comment here!
